Whether you’re here for work, NASA, a relaxing retreat, a Space Coast adventure, or a mix of both, this newly renovated, beautiful, clean and private getaway is your ideal home away from home.

What You’ll Love:

• Prime Location: Just a short stroll to the riverfront, where you can enjoy spectacular views of rocket launches (you can also see from the driveway! If you don’t want to walk) and world famous sunrises. Airbnb places it in a golfing category and we cannot change or edit that. It is a 2 min drive or .6 of a mile away. But to be clear it is not ON the golf course.
• Unique Local Finds: Directly across the street, walk over and explore a vibrant indoor flea market and antique mall—a treasure hunter’s dream! Movie theater, shopping, nature, river, parks, golfing and more here in Titusville or nearby!
• Convenience: Easy and quick access to the property. Private. Entire home is yours. Restaurants, gas stations and shopping all in walking distance for great food, quick essentials or just to explore. Plenty of free private parking on site both carport covered and open.

Inside the Cottage:

This cozy cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation.
• Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for work executives, space/NASA projects, launch viewing, leisure, relaxation, visiting, etc. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights and touch base bedside lamps with usb chargers as well. Additional fan located in laundry area if needed. Open wardrobes to hang and organize your clothing, luggage rack, extra assorted pillows and blanket. Bedroom 1 suited with a Temperpedic memory foam queen size mattress this is like sleeping on a cloud with linens and also has dedicated workspace desk with lamp, pen, notepad and bankers chair. Both bedrooms have doors for privacy. Bedroom 2 is suited with two twin xl beds with Saatva Zenhaven organic latex mattresses.
• Bathroom: Sparkling clean and thoughtfully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, make up towel, toilet paper, q-tips, lotion, blow dryer and body wash. Fan and door for privacy. Towels are located in each bedroom.
• Kitchen: Dishes, silverware, paper plates and plastic ware, pots and pans, baking ware, cutting board, salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, sponge, hand towels, chop sticks, wine glasses, coffee cups, keurig with coffee kcup starter assortment, sugar, creamer, tea, microwave, mini grill, toaster oven, air fryer, and double door stove, basic cooking utensils and knives, full refrigerator and freezer, ice and filtered water dispenser on fridge, recessed lighting with dimmer, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
• Living Space: A welcoming clean, comfortable and beautiful space to unwind after a day of exploring. Large comfortable couch and loveseat with soft throw blankets to cuddle up and watch a show, touch base lamp, led fireplace with and without heat so you can warm up or just enjoy the ambiance, large 55” Samsung smart tv, beautiful recessed and sconce lighting, ceiling fan, games, cards, and more.
• Laundry room: Brand new Samsung washer dryer tower is included in your stay. It is located in its own room on the end of the carport. Starter pack of (3) detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Additional tower fan, vacuum, broom, mop and pack-n-play is also located in this room.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, and all common areas. There is one locked cabinet guests will not have access to. The property is a non smoking, no pet, no party property. All outdoor areas are under surveillance and there is a $350 min daily cleaning fee for smoking, pets or if excessive cleaning required.

You will be charged $350 minimum cleaning fee per day for any signs of smoking, pets, or excessive cleaning needed. The home is videoed and photographed before and after every stay.

You must register an accurate guest count upon booking. Unregistered guests are not permissible on property and are considered trespassing. Resulting in cancelation of your stay with no refunds. Please book an accurate guest count.

• Rocket Launches: Titusville is known as the Space Coast for a reason! Keep an eye on the launch schedule- rocketlaunch live and you can watch right from the driveway or walk to the riverfront for an incredible viewing experience.
• Local Charm: There is an indoor flea market, antique mall, NY style pizza and ice cream right across the street. Walk over for exploring unique finds. Downtown Titusville has shopping and unique restaurants and bakery!
Additional kitchen amenities that are in addition to those listed by Airbnb include a slow cooker (sm & lg), boiled egg cooker, small George Foreman grill, blender, electric hand mixer, cheese grater, a small drip coffee pot, and more.

• Safety Features: For your peace of mind, safety, and damages the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras (carport, back yard and laundry area) and a doorbell camera for front of property.
• Centrally Located: You’ll be close to everything Titusville has to offer, from dining and shopping to outdoor adventures and historical sites.
* Note there is a possibility of occasional construction noise at the opposite end of the street and there is also potential train noise.
